American Splendor: The Residential Architecture of Horace Trumbauer
Special sensitivity was essential to preserve the historic character this late Victorian manor designed by Addison Hutton in 1890. Now home to Villanova University’s development department, trustee boardroom and diverse fundraising event spaces, the project included historic research, space planning, furnishings, and coordination with landscape architects, consultants for the catering kitchen, graphics and signage, and lighting, mechanical and structural engineers.
